Xtreme Sports Weekend Camp Turrell Oct 13-15, 2023
Here is what Scouts can expect. Cost is $70 per Scout/Leader which includes snack Friday evening/Sat Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner/Sun Breakfast all activities and patches.
The event is on Oct 13-15, 2022 at BSA Camp Turrell
The weekend will feature zip-lining,canoing, kayaking, archery, rifle, shot gun, rappelling, mt.biking, fishing, hatchet throwing, and more. Meals included are the famous Friday Night Cracker Barrel, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, Saturday night Ice Cream Social, and Sunday Breakfast.
Spots are limited to first come first serve so reserve today.

Camp Richard - Nantucket, Massachusetts Aug 16-20, 2023 was a great success!
The Troop's first ever trip to Nantucket and everyone had an amazing time over the 5 day/4 nights we camped on the island. We biked almost 50 miles during the week, took the boys surf fishing, visited the Maria Mitchell Observatory for an evening of astronomy, spent some time at the Nantucket aquarium, toured the Whaling museum, shopped and dined with ice cream, caught a movie at the Dreamland theatre, enjoyed the beaches, had camp fires at night, and just too much more to list. I am sure this will become a regular camping destination we will revisit in the future summers to come!
No-Be-Bo-Sco Tent Camping & Rifle Range Weekend May 5-7th
Come join us for a pre-view of No-Be-Bo-Sco Summer camp life with a weekend of much needed tent camping and some rifle range shooting. Cost for the weekend are $20 per person (Scout Leader or Scout) for food/camp site fees. We hope to cover merrit badges like fishing with Mr. Tarr, and cooking with myself. BSA COPE Course Camp Lewis April 22-24, 2022
COPE stands for a Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience and is the BSA’s version of a “high-rope” or “challenge” course. Some of these challenge elements are done at ground level, some on ropes 18 inches above ground and some 30 feet above ground. Cost is $40 per scout/registered Adult Leaders are free. Includes meals Sat (Brkfst,Lunch & Dinner) & Sunday Bkfst) at Camp Lewis.

Welcome to Troop 27's 2021-22 Boy Scout program. I am excited and thrilled to kick-off another exciting year of Scouting at Troop 27 this year!
It is not possible for one leader to make this program a success for your children - so PLEASE volunteer to help us. It takes the dedication & help of dozens of parents to help out as Adult Leaders, Committee Members, and Event Volunteers. The Boy's have planned a number of fantastic events for the Scouts this year!
